Hi

just got this 4l60 tranny



I was told it had a vacuum valvebody and i see there is small nipple on the right side (see pic)

i was wondering how do i hooke it up ?

where should i take the vacuum from and what kind of hose should i use

Make a T from the brake booster line that goes to the back of the intake and run a line to the nipple on your picture.

Hi i´m working on this now

so the T should be in the middle of intake and brakebooster right?


any pics guys of you setup if you have a vacuum valvedody

Basically you are looking for manifold vacuum. As mentioned most guys use the hose that goes from the brake booster to the manifold. Just T into it or find another place on the motor to use.
