Thanks for clearing that up joe. I thought I read somewhere that the obd reading was somewhat higher than an aftermarket location. The thing that really bugs me is that because I have mine in series with the radiator and that it will be at 194 when my coolant temp is steady at 195. I thought it was bad for the two to be close in temp...

I think I'm gunna try and reroute the lines and just use my b&m and find a better location for it once I get it up on my buddy's lift this weekend

I bought an RV cooler from egay for like 50 bucks, and my car never sees over 150* even in 90* high humidity Chicago weather. At this point I think I would **** a brick if it ever got past 160...

In normal driving mine runs around 150-180 and thats with the sender in the pressure port in the case. Its an Autometer gauge and I just have one aftermarket cooler, I have a 6spd radiator still. Granted I live in Maine, not very hot here, mid 70s or so and we don't have stop and go traffic. The Yank converter I have is pretty tight too so not much slippy slippy to cause heat.
