Default What Part Did I Damage "What's the Name"

Check on video #2 I installed the torque converter wrong and fucked up something.. Please help.. New to know replacement part name

Are they chunks of metal or roller bearing needles?

Looks like piece of metal not to sure, it's were ever those 2 openings on the torque converter tip goes in to place .. That's what got fucled up were ever those two cut openings goes into

You broke the pump rotor.

Thank you sir, any suggestions were to find one brand new? Online? Or will an autozone replacement one , will do fine??
