I bought in over the Christmas holiday sale, and didn't need it built/shipped until April. They shipped it to my tranny builder for me. Got everything here, went to install it, and had some questions (I lost my instruction sheet) and called them........7:30PM on a Saturday and Greg answered the phone and bailed me out. Top notch customer service right there. Not a doubt in my mind I made the right choice with FTI.
