I have a turbo 400 reverse pattern manual valvebody transmission and a B & M megashifter setup for 3 speed forward pattern. I cant find a gate to fit the shifter for this trans. Is this even possible to do with this shifter?

any part numbers or input is greatly appreciated thanks!

The shifter is going to work the same if I'm not mistaken. Its a ratchet shifter. Whether you pull back to shift or push forward, its still only going to do it one gear at a time.
