thats a pretty good deal, your gonna love the ss4000, before you install it, go to the track & see what your car runs before & after the stall, & let us know how it goes, i wanna see how much improvement the ss4k did.

I beleave Frost as will as Waite4me are very good tuners both at dyno tune ( if with in driving distance )and mail order tune. As to 500.00 for your local tune if that is for a dyno tune on a auto car that is well with in reason. In my neck of the woods a good dyno tune runs 500 for a stardard/550 auto/600 blowned or sprayed
Good luck, Johnny

PS: I run Yank ST 3600 for 8-9 years , and SS 4000 last year

I am also thinking of getting a stall for my car can the predator tuner fix this or is it more envolved than this I know I can adjust shift points and pressures and can also bump up the rev what other things could the converter cause

The Yank SS4000 is a good convertor. I used to have a Yank 4200 convertor and it was a bugger to drive on the street. The SS 4000 is much more friendlier on the street. You don't have to rev the car up as much. The difference between the two based on my experience was:

The SS4000 is faster thru the 1/8 than the Yank 4200.
The 4200 would MPH more on the 1/4 than the SS4000. Thus far the sixty foot's have been about the same with the pinion set at -1.

With the setup I have and listed in the sig.-I prefer the SS4000.
