**4l80e question?? Help appreciated!! I bought a 4l80e from a 98 1 ton van..will this tranny work on my 99 ta.??
Just curious if i boight the right year model...which year is best for a ls1 swap.?

We ran a yank on a turbo LS2... and it was amazing. I don't remember the part number, but it was a great driving converter for the street that still loosened up when you got on it.
