Torque converter lockup & unlock. I have a Vig2800 and it locks up at anything over 40mph and seems to stay locked untill 38mph. At 40 in 4th, if I accelerate slowly enough as to not unlock the converter, it seems to bog the engine for a second. The only thing I can equate it to, is it feels and sounds like a stick shift trying to accelerate in too high of a gear. Just a low RPM bogging feeling with some gurgling engine noises.
Monday I am going to have my tuner raise my converter lockup and unlock speeds to try and avoid this. Will this help?
Has anyone else had this happen? Any info or feedback would be appreciated.

Lot of stupid settings in the part-throttle shiftpoints and
