Default Can you bolt a late model dust cover to early 4l80?

Looking at installing a early style 4l80 to replace my 4l60. Can I use the newer cast aluminum truck dust cover on the old 4l80 and bolt it to my f-car oil pan?

Anyone have the GM part # of the cover?

The bolts are slightly longer with the aluminum cover.
