Your a sponsor on here and Revmax is as well. Are you really bashing another LS1tech Sponsor?

I'm gonna change that converter and see what happens from there..
So you had a 3500 Revmax converter in the car and you were obviously pleased with it correct? Now you got the used converter restalled to a 4000 and you lost some MPH and E.T.?

While, true, I suspect Beau overlooked that the converter was from Revmax as that was not mentioned before Beau made his first post.
Lets hope so anyway.

Give us a call and we can discuss this and see what can be done. Sounds like the 4k stall is just too much stall for your particular setup. Once you get to high, the inefficiency really begins to take away any gains you MIGHT be able to pickup on the bottom end. We find that 3600 stall units are generally best on most LT build, and any higher really is detrimental.

I called and complained and they told me to suck it up because I didn't buy the 9.5 inch converter, so now I have a paperweight in my garage
You bough our entry level 278mm 11.5" converter. This is a great converter for a mostly stock car, but it will usually only pickup .1-.2 max on a 60'. It is best for people who want a little more slip than stock but not a full street strip converter. We can take this back against a 9.5" unit and go with whatever stall you like and get the 60's lower for you.

Default sorry RevMaxx

Ok so since I posted this thread I've found several issues. I found a cracked spark plug, a bad coil, a bad opti bearing and my rotor rivets were loose. I then said screw it and swapped everything over to ODB2 to get rid of stall wall. Finally went to the track today and ran 11.375 @118.78, 1.52 60ft and even lifted the wheels a little. All with the Revmax 4000 I was complaining about. The stall is fine and doing exactly what it's suppose to do. I'm so satisfied how everything turned out...

Nice to see closure on what could have been another
"you get what you pay for" pissing contest.

A classy move.
