Motorcraft fluid in 4l60e?
I recommend against trying Type F because B&M Trick
Shift trashed my TCI converter clutch within a couple
hundred miles and it's Type F based.
This is not the 4L60E itself, of course. But you'd best
know what the people who made all of your frictions,
and your plastic internal bushings, think about their
tolerance of different "friction modifiers" than designed
for.
You have GM's recommendation. I'd stick with it unless
you like surprises.
