Default NEED HELP! 4l80e trans wiring pinned to 4l60e ecu

i purchased a 4l80e universal wiring harness and have instructions on pinning to a t56 ecu to do a segment swap, but I am running a 4l60e ecu.
this is in a mustang so I wont be getting an adapter harness.
running the standard red/blue ecu plugs..

does someone know where to pin each wire for the trans and speed sensors?
and im pretty certain the harness I have does not have oem colored wires, so I need the info by lettered pin and front or rear speed sensor to ecu

Should have put a Coyote under the hood lol.. But the t56 and 4l60e should have the same PCM.. It's all in the tuning I believe..

I'm not sure how your harness is but if it's the stock ls1 style harness/pcm then these pics might help.

The two pins on the red connector(22 and 23) on my harness were not used. I simply removed the cover and slid the two in place, hooked it back up, and flashed the bin swapped file.
