Took the pan off and found some black stuff, I think it may be clutch material. fml

Also cut open the filter.

I see plenty of it in the pan and on the magnet.

A couple of pics of the fluid. This fluid is new, and had just over 200 miles on it.

Doesn't quite smell burned, but not normal smell either..

The reason I asked if you tried this ^^^^ is cause this is what happened to me when I first started modding my car. If it works when you try it, you need to have your tuner delete codes P0757 and P0751. With my car, it was getting stuck in 2nd or 3rd but as soon as I would shut it off and restart, the problem would go away.

I tried that a few times when it happened. It didn't work.
