Default Making it shift like new car..??

Hello, have an 01 ss, when I first got the car it would shift right at red line without letting off the gas. Now that it has 30k more miles not so much, kinda takes it's time and seems like it will go past the old shift point. What do I need to do..???... Planning on changing oil filter. Servo? Accum? Shift kit? Thanks!

No ideas? I don't think it needs a shift kit, it worked great before....

It just has a delay when shifting at wot. Don't feel like it's slipping, just a delay engagement

Have to let off the go pedal to shift or else it feels like it will just keep revving. Before u could just stand on it and it would shift right at redline, with no worries.

Ya 1-2 2-3. I will rev it past the shift point but won't hit rev lim. And let off alittle to shift.

Yeah it's probably just a sensor.. If it's still shifting fine then nothing is blown

State of tune, particularly air-mass-flow fidelity, can
drift and affect trans behavior via the line pressure
(which follows torque, from air mass, in a chain of
figuring that you only get to see the surface of).

Me, I'd start with cleaning the MAF and eliminating
any trickery (incl porting, aftermarket pieces, etc.)
anywhere close-in.

I didn't know that, but I did wonder why my trans shifted much harder at part throttle with the maf unplugged.

Well, -much- harder is probably a fault-code response,
PCM knows it doesn't know something and makes a
safe choice. Somewhat harder, could just be that the
MAF and the SD tune aspects are in some disagreement.

Hmm, I don't think this K&N filter is helping any with my sensors.
