Those look like connectors for the rear O2's.

Ya, it hit me about 15 minutes this morning after I posted that pic. Should have deleted the post.

Checked the 3-2 solenoid on HPT and I could command it on. Very weird stuff going on.

Another thing to note. Without going stairs and seeing which solenoid was which, I'll just state what happened. When I pulled both solenoids to replace them, the one on the driver side of the transmission had a spring in it. The one on the passenger side didn't have one and slid right in with ease. Is this supposed to be the case??

Yes, the 1-2 shift solenoid (A) has a modest spring behind it - maybe 1lb, but enough to pop the solenoid out when you remove the clip. The 2-3 shift solenoid (B) does not; you have to pull it out yourself.

Sorry, but nothing obvious is jumping out for me to suggest. I know you are very knowledgeable about these cars and tuning. I'm not suggesting "yet", but soon you might consider testing another PCM.

The PCM is new. I hope that wouldn't be the problem..

I do have a good understanding on the mechanics of these cars and at best a basic understanding of using HPT. I'm thinking that it has to be an electrical issue of some kind with the issues I'm having. The shitty part is I don't know transmissions whatsoever. Diagnosing one doesn't work well when you have no idea how it's working to begin with.
