Ok just did major work on it right now had to remove all my exhaust and header to get to the plug turned out wasnt plug correct I plugged it correct and did the tests again.now pin 42 wouldn't click the solenoid so I did the test with test light on hot and unplugged the harness and it turned off. So what should I do next

Rostra is a good source for harnesses.
Next you need to drop the pan and filter, unscrew the TCC solenoid at the end of the internal harness and unsnap all the other solenoids.
Next you need to remove the 1-2 accumulator (dome shaped with 3 bolts) and the Pressure Control Solenoid (one 8mm head bolt). You are then ready for the last step or "releasing" the harness's connector.
IIRC, you then need a large 1-3/16" socket to fit over the connector. Press down and twist it a bit will pulling down a bit on the wires. A 12-point socket will soon engage the 4 snaps on the connector and it will release. Note that it has an o-ring to seal the fluid.
I would replace them all while your in there! I was hoping you didn't need to drop the pan.....But you do.
