Im wondering if someone can clear something up to me, If I do the dual feed mod and the recal kit, do I still need to block of the part on the valve body?

3/8 is the right size

555-115 dorman at any parts store. Might have to order them from a warehouse.

Yes you have indicated the correct hole to plug. Drive it in halfway before installing the center support...then drive it in further until it bottoms against the center support. I like a properly sized piece of brass best for this, but if you find a socket that fits that should work fine too

if trans is apart could u tap it and thread a plug in? im working on dual feeding a th400 and was gonna try that. Heard u can plug the hole in the valve body as u have it marked OR the same hole in the actual center support.

Cup plug. No need to tap and use a set screw in this location.

You often tap and use set screws to block the 2-3 accumulator and also to block the converter feed circuit. But that one you drill a hole in the center of the set screw to act as an orificed hole to control converter charge pressure

Jake's kit comes with a new separator plate...
The directions don't mention anything about blocking the hole I assumed its because that is done by the plate, but I haven't installed mine yet

Correct.
Don't over think it. Follow the instructions. It's really that simple.
