Nice build man! Yeah my workshop is no bigger than my garage... But I got the tranny on a 20.00 hf roller pallet... Probably gonna pull the pan any everything next week

Huh? My tranny has 167k on it and has been stalled and shift kitted for 125k. Dragstrip passes too numerous to count, daily driving short trips around town, and the unit has never hiccupped.

My installer followed all of Dana's instructions to the letter and the result has been satisfying performance year after year.

well that’s a first. That’s definitely not typical. And I’m referring to the 4l60, the 4l80 seems to do good withba kit. I’ve had to reverse shift kits in numerous units when they didn’t last from other builders. Just my experience. I’ve only built 60 or so of them.

I'll keep y'all posted on the tranny when I take it apart... Might be ordering that kit beginning of the month so... We'll see. Thanks for the recommendations and "heads up" on who's who around here
