I see what you mean. I just got an email today from Frost....yes, he confirmed that his harness (which I have) is all I need to make it all work. No segment swap to be done on the 98 PCM. He also said for $100 he will tune my 1998 PCM and it will operate like a factory 4L60E. So I'll be sending it to him and having my local guy install my 80E asap.

When I bought the harness I got confused that he also needed to do a segment swap in my 98 PCM.

LS engines didn't come in trucks until 99 year. I'm not sure about vans though.

I just read that 97-98 pcms are not segmented. Post is from 2014 though.
