Default 4l80e/ transbreak / not shifting

As the title states I have a 4l80/6.0 s480 turbo in a 68 Camaro And am having problems with it shifting. I had this combo in the car for over a year with a gold box ecu and a micro squirt tcu. Everything was perfect with multiple high 9 second passes on the foot brake. Over winter I decided to install a trans brake so I purchased one from jakes performance (d3 brake) and had it put in by my preferred transmission shop. Everything was fine for about 100 miles and I started having problems. I’ve narrowed down the issue to when the transmission gets hot (above 160 ish) it starts to act up. Basically it won’t shift out of first gear and if it does shift out of first gear by luck it won’t down shift back into first when I come to a stop. I took the trans back out and the shop couldn't find any issues. Put it back in and did the same thing with in 20 miles. I am able to log trans pressure and found it isn’t losing pressure while it is acting up. I did notice in the log the gear selector is doing some weird things and reading odd. When the problem happens it is reading “gear -1” and “gear 255”. I spoke with jakes performance and I can send the valve body back and have it tested and could try a manual control box to rule out the micro squirt. Just looking for any other ideas or opinions thanks!

Have you checked the wiring?

Pressure switch is only $21 on Rock Auto and easy enough to change

Wiring looked fine I couldn’t find anything that stuck out.... nothing pinched or bare wires.... while the trans was out I did change the two shift solenoids but not the pressure switch but I will try that too....

Stays consistently about 190.... I always have first and reverse just doesn’t want to shift when the fluid starts to get hot.

Any fault codes with the controller?

Shifting is just an on/off strategy with a 4L80E and the valve body doesn't change that.
If you have good pressure and it's not shifting when warm, I would suspect a control issue.

Maybe a bad solenoid that gets high resistance when warm.

The manual box makes a nice diagnostic tool.

I’m not really sure how to tell fault codes but it does have those odd gear selections..... I am sending the valve body back to jakes tomorrow so they can test it on their dyno and putting the original valve body in to see if the problem persists. Jakes also said they would send me a manual control box and I just have to pay for shipping so I can eliminate the micro squirt as an issue. Said I can either send it back or pay 150$ and keep it.... jakes has been awesome

I also have an excellent log of when it is having problems. If some is willing to take a look.

Also when the trans was out the second time they replaced the shift solenoids.
