Default 4L60E 2-4 shift issues

Ok guys need some serious help hopefully you guys can steer me in the right direction.
MY transmission went out about 4 months ago so I went ahead and rebuilt it. the clutches were burnt up from old age.
! went ahead and installed BW clutches replaced pistons and installed a Transgo correction kit. the transmission came with a vette servo so I ended up using it and installed the correction kit springs in it. after the over haul the 1-2 shift was pretty firm a little more firm for my liking but I decided to drive it like that for a few hundred miles to see if it would settle in. A few hundred miles and it still shifted hard so I decided to drop the pan and swap the spring on the accumulator valve sleeve spring from yellow to white. Installing the White spring made the transmission shift strange I would get some shutter on take off and the 1-2 shift was wayyyyy to soft . so I dropped the pan again installed the blue spring and test drove it again same issue as with the white spring. I then decided to put the yellow spring back in and test drove it again and wouldn't you Know its till not shifting right so now the 2 isn't engaging properly and when I went on the highway I have no OD the rpms are high. Im starting to think that I have a burnt up band or the servo Isn't engaging but its strange because all i did was replace the spring on the accumulator spring valve. I would really appreciate some help guys.

here is some of the work that was performed
All new steal and clutches Bw
sonnax smart shell
sonnax line pressure valve
inspected and overhauled pump
trango correction shift kit
Installed aluminum pistons on accumulator valves
wide 2-4 band and had drum trued
took apart Vette servo installed extra spring that came with correction kit (bad idea)
dilled spacer plate holes to .93 as per instructions will i had gone bigger on the 2-3 as Mrvedit recommends

Ok guys did some more trouble shooting. replaced pressure solenoid No go ... checked pin on Vette servo and welded on it to see if it was a band issue NO GO. Took it for a test drive was frustrated drove it hard and a CEL came on went back home and checked code and it was for solenoid B replaced solenoid and IM BACK IN BUSINESS !!!! The transmission is shifting good again still has had the harder shift like before so I went ahead and put the sonnax accumulator shift sleeve that I bought and test drove it and now there is no more hard shift. I will be dropping the pan again to replace the pan gasket since its starting to rip from taking it off and on so many times but thats ok im happy!!! I am actually thinking of changing the accumulator valves to pinless since ill be in there already and drilling out the 2-3 to .100 or .110 might as well also thinking about putting in a new internal trans harness mine looks pretty crusty and brittle.

You can not use the Sonnax Pinless Accumulator Piston in the 1-2 accumulator when using the TransGo spring arrangement.

Good to know might just stick with the pins for now since it's working but i still want to drill the 2-3 bigger and possibly use the next spring up on the accumulator sleeve valve. Do you guys suggest anything else that i might need to do while I'm in there upgrade wise?

Are you referring the the 1-2 accumulator piston and spring? I would not stray too far from what the instructions recommend.

The sonnax instructions don't really have you match the spring it just shows you how to install the valve and spring and says soft medium firm on the spring chart. Any suggestions?

First things first... Lets get some differentiating terminology here.

In regard to the 4L60E Transmission Family...
The ONLY component that should be referred to as a "Valve", is the Valve shown in the Image below:

This Image shows the Accumulator Valve-Train.
Which is comprised of the:
-Accumulator Valve and Sleeve.
-Accumulator Valve-Spring (one Spring is normally used at a time).
All of which is contained inside the Valve-Body Assembly.

The other Accumulator components would be:
-Second Accumulator Piston.
-Second Accumulator Piston Guide-Pin.
-Second Accumulator Piston-Spring.
-Fourth Accumulator Piston.
-Fourth Accumulator Piston Guide-Pin.
-Fourth Accumulator Piston-Spring.
-Intermediate Servo Assembly (part of which acts as the Third Accumulator Piston).

So, regarding your last question:

Please either Edit this Post with the correct-terminology; or make a new Post that is more specific, using the correct-terminology.

Thanks.
