Default 4l60e no 1st or 4th

Shifts a little harsh into 3rd. But it holds into 3rd just fine but when I let off the gas the rpms drop as if it in neutral. Then I’ll push the gas until the rpms match the speed and the 3rd clutch will engage.

hooked in ehack and commanded on 1and 4th with no change.

whats are your exact thoughts?

Sounds like the solenoids aren't working.
Is the transmission getting switched 12v power?

Get a test light or voltmeter, then unplug the big connector at the rear-right of the transmission ("right," as you are sitting in the car).

Turn the key to the "ON' position, and see if pin "E" has power. If it does, then report back.

EDIT: I can't seem to post a pin-out of the 4L60e connector right now, but just see if any of the pins are getting 12V with the key on. If not, there's your problem.
Then you've got another problem, but not the transmission.

The image is of the External Electrical-Connector...
NOT the Pass-Through Electrical-Connector in the Case.

So was able to find codes in ehack. Question I have is my car is 88k on the original fluid.
2 questions:

1: which one is solenoid A

and 2: What’s the best way to go about this because I’m a big believer after 50k just leave the fluid alone. Should I reuse old fluid and change filter or just put some new fluid in?!

Solenoid "A" is positioned outward of the 1-2 Shift Valve-Train...
and can be seen in the Image that 98CayenneT/A kindly Posted for you.

A Filter and Fluid change is most always a good thing to do.
With 50,000 Miles on the clock, I would personally be changing the Filter and Fluid now.
