Repairs on 4L60E worth it?

You've got around $600 invested in the torque converter, right? That would be no use to you if swapping to a TH400 or 4L80.
If you're looking toward a "crate" trans swap like a new 4L65-E then you'd be able to use your current converter.
Depends on how much you have to spend and what your furture mods are. With no nitrous oxide or forced induction I'd say it's worth it to repair the 4L60-E. During the rebuild spend the extra cash for a shift kit and exotic clutches. With under 400HP those parts you should get another 70K out of it as long as it isn't over-rev'd.
