The 3500 is not bad for Miami. I drove from Sunrise all the way to Macarthur Cswy every day.
Do yourself a favor though. Spend the extra dollars on a Vig or Yank. My TCI burned up and took the Tranny along with it.

I've got a 4200 in my daily driver...a lot of people run 3500-3600 in their daily drivers...like other people have said...get a tranny cooler, get a deep tranny pan, get it tuned once it's installed and you'll be fine. I installed a tranny temp gauge while I was at it...but that certainly isn't necessary.
