Default Ratech Complete Install Kit - is this what I need?

Ratech Complete Kit: Includes pinion shims, carrier shims, crush sleeve, pinion seal, pinion nut, ring gear bolts, cover gasket, and pinion & carrier bearings.

I am planning on having my 4.10 gears pulled out and the 3.42's put back in. (Might need to order an SLP OEM Torsen posi depending on the condition...) Anyway, installer thinks that ALL of the bearings should be replaced (all 6)...does this kit include all of these bearings that will need to be replaced? (2 carrier, 2 pinion, 2 axle) or will I need the Deluxe Kit? ---->

Ratech Deluxe Kit: Includes pinion shims, carrier shims, crush sleeve, pinion seal, pinion nut, ring gear bolts, cover gasket, pinion & carrier bearings, PLUS wheel bearings and seals. (All of the small parts and pieces necessary to RESTORE an axle to like new condition!)

I don't want to buy what I don't need but I don't want to pay what the installer is going to charge for the bearings (probably WAY too much). Looking for some quick answers! THANKS!

Unless you have done anything that you think would kill the axle bearings, or you have more than 50-75k miles on them I wouldn't worry about them. They seem to last better on c-clip rear ends (like your stocker). If you have more than 75k miles I would probably replace them anyway. Otherwise the normal (non-deluxe) kit is the one to get.
