Default which tranny should i chose???

i was wondering if i should upgrade my tranny with the mods listed in the signature... i havent pput anything on yet but i was wondering what i should get that will support that power after i blow the 4l60e?

please let me know so i know what to save for and so i can order it. thanks

im guessing i will have around 500hp???

what about the ones that speed inc. offers? like pure evil tranny? or is that sumthin different?

oh ya im not dragging the car or racing it... well maybe the occasional street race at the light or a few times at the track but thats it. any suggestions?

Excellent choice, I love mine.. Its taken alot of abuse & hasnt even shown any signs of wear.

I would go with a rossler 4L60E with 65e upgrades

You can search yahoo for rossler transmissions to get their phone number. You will have to call them though and ask for Carl as their webpage pretty much sucks. Be prepared as he is not cheap...north of $2k.

They are not indestructable, but Lingefelter uses Rossler on their 427 twin turbo ls1 vettes.

I have the maximum evyl speed inc tranny so far so good.
