Ratchet Shifters for 2000 SS?4L60E Okay,
I got a 2000 SS Camaro LS1 that still has the original tranny (A4) in it. I know this probably sounds like a newbie question, but I am new to these trannies. Anyhow, I am wondering if B&M, Hurst or anyone out there makes a rachet shifter that will work on my 2000 SS. The stock shifter really is a pice of
and is easy to either over shift and has no reverse lockout feature. Will I have to swap trannies or can I find an afetrmarket item that works? Just trying to get a feel of what everyone is doing with their cars these days as far as ratchet shifters go. ~ BowmansRedAlert
