Default How many of you are using the B&M Quicksilver?

I'm swapping a TH400 RMVB into my '98 this week, and I am contemplating using the quicksilver I have in my '80 Camaro. How many have installed this shifter into a 4th gen? Any special problems? Does anybody have any good pics of what needs to be done to the shifter baseplate?

ive got a 3rd gen, but the floorpan is pretty close to the same shape and i have the 4th gen console.
its a PITA. gotta cut the hell out of the shifter to get it to fit.
i used a 6spd console. you may be better off using a A4 console, i think its a bit higher. less cutting involved. maybe.

That is what we use in our Z28 race car. I'll see about putting up some pictures for you.
