I used to spin my '98 Z-28 to 6600 all the time. I had 6800 rpm redline. Best ET was shifting at 6300 on 1-2 and 6500 on 2-3. Once I get the high rpm stuff sorted out with my current car, I will raise shift points accordingly.

Re: Survey: Who Spins their 4L60e over 6400 rpm I used to shift mine at around 6900. It was too inconsistant though. I never could get it to shift at the same RPM twice in a row. Sometimes it'd end up being 6400 or sometimes 7200. Now I row 'em myself. <img src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">
