He called me personally after I pm'd him here with my problem.....set me up with a salesman and my new converter should be here by friday at the latest....all they asked for was a deposit to ensure I would send my old one back....when they recieve my old converter they will refund my deposit....however always remember "Your mileage may vary"....so it's a good idea to communicate with any vendor when you have an issue with their product.....don't just bash it for failing....my converter only lasted about 6000 miles and they are replacing it and I am supplying the labor.....

I'll say it again that TCI is the best company I have ever dealt with.....Keep it up guys.....

Got the replacement converter installed today.....and after compaairing the two side by side....I understand why the old one didn't hold in lock-up as well....no clutch area at all....but the new one is badass.....solid lock-up and no more slippage.....Thanks TCI....
