How many LS1's are running around with TH-350's or 400's?
I dunno.... I just have problems coming to grips with the fact that there are 99 other crazy ****'s like me n you guys out there... <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Another friend of mine here in town that doesn't post TH400
WS6Chewbaca Not sure which but I know it's one of the two. He also is running the gearvendors overdrive.

Glad to see ya on the board Matt! I did a TH350 swap in my '98 T/A last February, but it quickly came out after I drove it some. It was just too unstreetable for my tastes. If only I could've gotten a lockup TH400 from FLP at that time. Lockup would've made it a LOT better. A 4,600 stall w/ no lockup SUCKED driving around!
I was talking to a friend today, and after I told him about my tranny swap, he asked how many others have done it. I told him I wasn't sure, but I knew it wasn't many. Would anyone like to take a guess at how many people in the U.S.A. have done the swap? Could it be more than 100?

FLP is about 20 minutes from me, I am going to see how the th400 will be driving around....I got the same stall as Will, the 4500 non-lockup...I will have 3.73's in the back....if it gets too annoying I will give FLP a call and see what they charge to make it a lockup... <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Getting everything else ready for the swap, like higher rear-end gears (have 4.11's now, want 3.42 or 3.55) and a 3-series carrier, etc.
