Default Stupid problem...HELP!!!

I put my tranny back up after the torque converter install. Everything's good, all the lines connected, shifter cable, etc., etc. and everything's bolted up though. The problem: every time you turn the crank, the torque converter bolts pop out, and they pop out for enough to get stuck. Why do they do this? How can I fix it? PLEASE help. Thank you.

The flywheel might be on backwards if you did ever take it off

I never removed it. I'm thinking that since so many of the bolts are the same diameter, I may have grabbed one that was too long since I had them all bunched together.
