Default Install of Sub Frame Connectors

What is the proper way to position the car while installing weld in sub frame connectors?

Also, has anyone cut into the floor and welded this way or just weld to the floor?

Thanks guys!

The way shops usually do it is to put it on a lift and undo one of the battery cables....I looked at mine close and it looks like they were welded straing to the floor...

They are great to have
