The car is daily driver and I will buy one like in this picture. Which level should I install one, two or three? Is it safe for the Trans?

First read the instructions. It's not as easy as stage one, two, or three. The word stage isn't used.
You are going to have to select feed hole sizes in the seperator plate, different springs that go with certain valves, servos, etc.
You install the kit in the configuration that will make your transmission shift like you want it to, you might have the same exact vehicle, same kit as the next guy and the specifics of how the two kits were installed can be totally different.
When I installed my kit I did things to my transmission that aren't even in the instructions. These came from past experiences and professional suggestions.

I installed the same one and I love the results. The 3 stages you're talkin about are the washers you put in at one point in the installation. I put all three in, I really didn't have a professional handy so I figured if 1 is good then 3 is better. Nothin bad has happened so far...

That is the one I bought from Pro built automatics. I'd contact him for his "modded" version. There was also a high-rev spring kit included, but you'll have to get pretty deep into the trans, so I opted not to install it untill I need a re-build. Are you having a trans shop install it?? The guy that did mine charged me $75 with a new filter and no fluid and he wanted $150 if I wanted the high-rev spring kit installed with the rest of the kit.

I had the shift kit installed professionally with my Y3000 converter, and per the instructions they set it up with the #3 washer.

Hi Andy here;I Got a Newbie question for any that have the patience, I've been reading alot on the automatic trans, and learning somethings. . . I am in the process of rebuilding my 98 t/a's trans. for the 2nd time and do not want to go back into it; I want to make it stronger, it's a dialy driver that may see the track 1-2 a year (so never) with basic mods headers, exhaust, cold air intake, so any way my question is What's a shift kit. . .thanks. Also Steve C what's the diff. between your converter the Y3000 converter and a basic Stock one from the dearler. . .durability, power, etc?
