What method are you using to try to manually lock the converter on the dyno?

The lighter and looser the converter, the more
likely that you would see (false?) misfires and
have the PCM refuse to lock it when told.

You should still be able to ground the lock solenoid
line and force it though.

Some converter clutches are not really capable of
holding at WOT. I don't know about this specific
one.

well my tuner Rick@synergy tried to manually lock the converter with a switch and would lock for a couple of seconds then it would unlock again someone told me sometimes its because of a big cam or just misfireing and not allowing the converter to lock.but my cam isin't to big only a 232/234 590 112. misfireing i don't know if it is. what do you guys think? should i try anything new before i put it on the dyno again and atemped too.
