There's been alot of posts of people having this same problem (including me) but with my car it starts at 70mph. It has to be an RPM related problem as everyone states a different mph - due to different gearing. I have checked/replaced all the following with no results:

Wheel balance
Rear end
Wheel bearings
Driveshaft (balance and u-joints)
Flexplate
Tranny mount
Pinion angle

All above checked out perfect but I still have the vibration. I guess I'm down to either the torque converter or tranny rear shaft bushing. All I know is that when the car was stock there was no problem - now I have all this power - but am afraid to take the car over 70mph

Can you tell if it is shaft vibration or coming from the rear? If it just started, I would say it's probably the last thing you added. Nope, the starter won't do it. I bet it's the tci unit.

I've seen posts from several people that have experienced this after adding a performance stall converter. Did that happen to be done just before the vibration started? Don't know if it's brand specific, or not, but
I don't think people with Yank converters have experienced this. There's several threads on www.corvetteforum.com about the issue.

If it's the flexplate / converter then the vibration
will be there in neutral as well as in gear. After my
Fuddle install I have a significant vibe at 2K, 4K
that I'm going to have to get rid of next time I can
get it back down to the shop (try the other two
orientations).

If neutral, same RPM as 70MPH (about 2300 or so?)
doesn't give you any grief then I'd think about the
rear end (flip driveshaft 180 degrees, try again).
Similarly by way of debug you might want to coast
down through 70MPH in neutral vs powered cruise /
accel, just try to narrow down the possibilities.
