4l60 will not separate HELP!!!

Default 4l60 will not separate HELP!!!

All 8 bolts are out of bell housing, and all three are out of torque converter. Trans is stuck too engine, tried tapping lightly with sledge hammer, no luck .ANY SUGGESTIONS!!! this is not my first trans pull , just wont budge !!!!!! HELP

Did you get the top center bolt if so,
the dowels are rusted to the trans
heat them with a small torch then spray some WD40 or like on to free it up

I had that same problem before. Like Yank said, the dowels are rusted in. I hit them with WD then try force a prybar/screwdriver between engine and tranny.

UPDATE- the ss3600is in. the car runs great,so far. Now i have too break this thing in ,couple hundred miles.We had a hard tme with the top bolts putting it back together. My dads formula seemed to have more room when he did his car a few years back.THANKS TO YANK !!! great product.Will update in a few days or so depending on how much i drive this week. let you all know what i think!!!!
