Tranny won't shift out of 3rd gear

Tranny won't shift out of 3rd gear I had my VIG3200 installed about 3 weeks ago at the same time I had my tranny rebuilt. I haven't had a chance to go to the track to really see the launching difference because I just had my rear (10 bolt) rebuilt 2 weeks ago (3rd time 
) and I just now finished ''breaking" it in.
The tranny seems to be working fine during normal driving (expect for the "3rd gear" vibration), but when I got on it the other day (WOT) it shift from 1-2 fine, 2-3 fine, but when it was time for the tranny to shift from 3 to 4...well, it didn't it just stayed at 6400
...I let off the gas and it shifted 3-4. Any ideas on why this would be happening?

Verdad Gallardo Maybe check you fluid level. Trannies are sensitive to that. My car would hit the limiter on the 2nd to third shifts allot before shiting into third. The fluid was a tad bit low added some it stoped. Hope you get everthing figured out. Take care.
