I have the YANK UT 4400, ET Drags 26" /w tubes and borla catback and a lid. My previous best was 12.72 @ 110.1 with the stock converter and 4l60e. It seems the TH400\Gearvendors combo is to heavy for a stock motor even with the big stall. Well there you have it.

I tried to back the car up today and it went clunk... clunk... I broke the 10 bolt for sure. I probably broke it during that 1.6 60 ft and made that pass with a damaged 10 bolt. Ill slap a 12 bolt in... run it again.... and then ill come back here and let you know what happend. Next pass I WILL be using the trans-brake!

I think with a better prepped track you should see some better times...

I can't wait to see the times I get with my semi-modded car...

True, the Th400 does shift pretty aggressive though...

Personally I dont think a 10-bolt would last very long behind a TH400 either. It's not like a 4L it's at 100% line pressure ALL the time. even shifting at 10 mph you get full line pressure. Hell just shifting my car into reverse or forward from park jerks the whole car with a loud clunk. Like I said before I think the times are good considering you ADDED weight and LOST horsepower. I lost 30RWHP on the dyno from going from a T-56/10-bolt to a TH400/9" yet I gained .2 at the track and that was on nittos with a 1.74 60' I just got some draglites with skinnies and ET/streets on them and I'll be hitting the track this week and launching on the T-brake. Hoping for some LOW 12's if I can cut a 1.5x 60' and my car is basically stock other than the drivetrain. All I have mod wise is a cutout and a whisper lid/maf ends
