Default converters?

im looking into a new tq and what to know what the best daily driver stall would be. also what exactly do these things do to make your car hit harder do you need to keep the brake on and put it up to say 2500 on a 2500 stall then let off the brake. i dont know much about these so i also want to know about how much a performance shop would charge to install it. thanks

I don't mean to be a jerk, but this question has been asked to death lately. Look at some of the other threads in this forum and read a little about what stall would be best.

Get at least a 3500 or do not bother. I had a 3200 and it was not enough. So I had to spend more money to get it changed out. Once again 3500 or do not bother.

Keep searching. Learn how to properly use the search button.

You can even read JRP's directions on how to use search through the sticky in the new enthusiasts section.

Don't go below 3k absolute minimum. If you like to go fast don't go lower than 3500.
