What Size Temp Gauge??? I want to put it in the left vent of my firebird... What size gauge fits in there? Ive see 2 5/8" temp gauges.. but nothing bigger, will that work?

Mine has the 2 5/8's in it.. its not a "snug" fit like the center vents are..There isnt any play really, but if you mash the throttle id say the gauge would fall out.. so I just used the bracket autometer supplied and it keeps it in there perfectly
