throw the torx converter bolts in the trash all there good for is stripping out . Buy new ones u will be glad u did

throw the torx bolts in the trash and buy regular bolts u will be glad u did. As for the top trans bolts there not that bad with the right tools. I have had mine out like four times in 3 months

I don't have the top 12 o'clock bellhousing bolt in. Not a problem. Leaving two bolts out? I'm not that brave.

a tip to get to the top bolts on the t56 or 4l60e you can loosen the engine cradle bolts since they are pretty long and bring the cradle down a inch or so, helps out alot!
