The elusive a4-m6 swap... alright WHO has done it!? Just wondering where you had the work done, and what it ended up costing you. Believe me i know its easier to sell my car/trade in for an m6... but unfortunately my car is so customized there is no way in hell i would do that
Let me know what your experiences have been.. I have been entertaining this and researching for about a yr, and I think I want to go ahead and put out the effort/money/risk.

Re: The elusive a4-m6 swap... alright WHO has done it!? I don't see what so hard about it. The A4 to M6 swap is easy compared to a M6 to A4 swap. The tranny crossmember and a few other parts (center console) would be needed but the PCM would be missed a few wires (you wouldn't use them anymore)
a few things like a clutch, shifter, and belhousing i think.
the drive shaft might be a different length.
