The Super Yank will be better on a big shot of nitrous because of its larger size and higher efficiency which will give it better holding capacity. Its lower STR will soften the brutal hit of a big nitrous shot too.
But a 250 shot? I hope you're not going to try that on a stock 4L60E. It won't last very long. A shot that big would be better served by a purpose-built nitrous converter like a Pro Yank 3400 Extreme. More aggressive stator, Kevlar Posi-Lockup clutch and 6 bolt mounting lugs vs. the stock 3.
