Default Stall Converter??

Might be a dumb question, but...I kinda have an idea of what a stall conveter does..but I was kinda hoping you guys with more experience could help me understand what a stall does and how it works....I've been told to go with a 3200, 3500, 3600...whats the difference..thanks..

I think TCI has a good explanation on their website... Have you read it yet?

Those are just RPM #'s.. The higher the number, the higher the RPM. the more gas to get'er goin.

Whatever your torque peak is that's what you want you stall to be.
Example: If you torque peak is at 3100rpms then go with a 3100 stall.
