<strong>My experience has been with the 4L70 and it has been less than stellar. (Needed to be totally rebuilt) It is holding up pretty well so far though.

<strong>Does this tranny still use the PCM to determine line pressure or is there a mechanical "TV" cable doing this? If the later and the cable is not adjusted/installed properly, that would cause damage quickly. Just a thought...</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">He said that it was vacuum modulated, just like my Speed Inc trany and the FLP Level IV. The line pressure is determined by vacuum and not the PCM. There is no cable.
Ragtop Ed increased the line pressure, but not maximum and Mike at Yank said to tell him to put it at 100% as firm as it goes for WOT.
