So everyone is telling 2002_Z28_Six_Speed to STFU and calling him a moron for making a point? It's not like he bashed Fuddle, he just made a point that was different from the rest. That doesnt give anyone one the right to belittle him or speak to him this way. Seems like when one person goes against the group he gets jumped. That's not cool at all.

No. We are telling him to STFU because hes talking out of his *** for the only purpose of senseless critizicing. The guy has proved he can take good care of his customers. Its not like he constantly puts out defective converters.....now that I think of it STFU you too!

it's obvious he misunderstood. People in this thread are praising Fuddle for taking care of the customer by fixing the mistake. Nobody is praising the fact the mistake was made which everyone agrees happens, it's life. Now as for the STFU directed towards me how old are you? 4? Come shut me the fvck up. Dont ruin this thread by bashing.
Anyways, I enjoyed reading the fact that companies still look out for thier customers. Dont see it much anymore

fwiw, i didn't have the SAME problem, but there was a problem with the converter that warranted the shipping of another one. i've seen this 2kz286spd fellow post in many other AUTOMATIC TRASMISSION threads regarding fuddle converters. to my knowledge he never used one, so technically all of his opinions regarding these converters is about as useful as a one-legged man in an *** kicking contest. he has yet to make a valid point about anything, he simply bashes fuddle every chance he gets. for those who don't believe me, check the threads containing "fuddle" in the title, he is in there somewhere talking ****.

and also, the point he made...fuddle's quality control...if the other converter manufacturers could equal fuddle sales, they'd have similar threads of ppl having problems.

Aftermarket racing parts, which includes aftermarket converters, are going to have problems from time to time. It is a fact of life. The best you can hope for is that the vast majority do not have problems and teh company takes care of those who get a faulty product.

It seems both of those things are true of Fuddle.

Go do a search, everytime Fuddle is brought up, he bashes them, the **** gets old.

Fuddle is a great company, it might not be Yank, but it's still top notch

How is it funny to call someone Aladdin because of where theyre stationed? I cant believe this is acceptable and people condone it by laughing. Ignorance has trully been shown here. I'm done and to the thread starter I do appologize for sinking to thier level and arguing in your thread.

Just to add one more thing here about John. I recently blew out my transmission and was debating on sending the verter in ($$) to have it cleaned/checked out/upraded and John was cool as ****. Under my circumstances (not going into details), he just told me to ship the verter to him, put a little money order inside box for return shipping, and consider the upgrade for free..
I had almost **** my pants.
And for John to help this guy out is awesome in my book.

I am the one laughing. I have actually built converters before.

I have enough sense to check each part before throwing them together and welding it up.

Just because 5 or 6 people on the internet bash me doesn't mean they know anything about converters. Most people that are 'into' cars don't really know anything about them anyways.

How many of the people in this thread have actually touched the inside of a converter before?????

I can't believe people are calling me a moron when they are the ones completely clueless.

I guess what really pisses me off is that half the people in this thread don't realise that the PERSON WHO BUILT THIS CONVERTER WITHOUT A DOUBT SAW THE IMPERFECTION and continued to build the converter anyways.

Can't you guys understand that???

That is real customer service.

Why do you think he was so quick to refund???? He knew it was wrong in the first place.
