Fuddle converter question

Default Fuddle converter question

i just recieved my 3400 2.1str converter from john at fuddle racing....when i pick it up and turn it to its side it feels like the whole inside of the converter moves just a bit...is this normal?

Yea its fine mine did the same thing, its just cause there is no fluid in it.

Actually that is because there is nothing holding the stator. Once installed the input shafts of the transmission will hold the componets of the converter cocentrically and it will not do that. But, I don't know anything because I drive a manual.

once again stay out of the auto sections *** and yes the converter will do that by the way good luck with the converter i love mine

im hoping it will help the car a lot the converter i have now is a pos....im supose to get tuned next weekend but i gotta get my built 4l60e first lol.

Trent, Im getting ready to purchase one soon,still gathering onfo. Which one did you get and why did you choose the 2.1str? Thanks Ron

i forgot what series i ordered....im gonna have to ask john....i called him up and told him my mods and what gears i had....he reccomended the converter i got and told me it would be the best for my setup...hes really helpful just give him a call.
