TRANNY HELP shifting from 2nd to 3rd

TRANNY HELP shifting from 2nd to 3rd tranny tech help asap I have a 4L60E with a TCI 3800 stall. At the track when I take off the line the car runs fine and when it shifts from 2nd into 3rd it act like it losses power and is slugish then all of a sudden it starts hauling ***. does not seam its slipping at all I thought it was the fuel pump so I put a new fuel pump on and still the same problem. This car does not do it on the street at all shifts hard into 3rd and hauls *** no problem it just does it when im at the track and heats the tires up and stall it. I do have a tranny cooler the b&m 24000. We put the hp tune on it and ran it down the track getting the tranny data. its taking the tranny 4 tenths of a second to shift.. Now if I go to the line and dont burn out or stall its fine thru the 1/4 time.
Also if I start out in Drive and stall the car it falls on its face after a little bit off the line......just had the tranny built 2000 miles ago.
ANY SUGGESTION BESIDES IM TAKING IT TO THE TRANNY SHOP THIS WEEK

DUMPED A DIFFERENT tranny tune it. The T.M is turned off and the car only does it when I stall it up at the track and run it at the track if I dont heat the tires up or stall it. the car does not do it.
Put it on a tranny scanner at the transmission shop and it doesnt throw any codes but the tranny just starting out from a stop light driving normal goes thru the gears pretty quick you can have it at 1/4 throttle and leave it there when the speedo it hits 30 mph the car has allready shifted into 4th and that is just babying not even full throttle seems like it just doens stay in a gear very long and shift to the next.

durring the log at the track its taking 4 tenths of a sec. to shift for 2nd to 3rd and if I stall it in drive racing it jumps off the line in 1st then jumpes up to 4th

I got the same problem! Car has the same cam and converter(TCI 3500-3800) and alot of the same parts; stock displacement though. Went to show a friend with a Formula with the same gears and it flipped him out. Take off and shift manually and it pulls like a train. Put it in D (mines a Z) and it jumps off the line and then falls on its face!

mine does this also...and it has a stock converter..i thought it was a converter issue..so i go the tci 3500-3800 its goin in this weekend..we'll see if that helps my problem..
I was having problems with my car hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift. It was taking a full second or longer for the shift. I put a billet servo set in it and it feel better on the street. I haven't had it to the track yet.
