Vig3600 vs. YTP4400
But u cant tell me that if u took the SOLID out it would make more HP with a TR224?If so that would be amazing. Can u elaborate alittle?
I do admit in terms of a solid its small.
In terms of a LS1 camshaft its BIG.
I wast picking a fight with u Paul.Just picking your brain more or less.I respect TR and if I chose ot go with anyone elses stuff it would be u guys.I really like your approach.Your honest guys and really treat people like family.
We will do buisiness again some time.
Good luck with the new setup.

again ill say, yes the top bolt on guys run the yanks, but did they have the vig 3600 or just the vig3200 before switching to the 4400?? I havent seen any former 3600 owners post there et's after switching from the 3600 to a 4400??? I just wanna see some times from the switch with same bolt ons and almost the same weather im sure yanks better, but i dont see where the blow the vigs outta the water yet

I ran a string of 11.8x ets one weekend on one of those phenominally low DA days we have at HRP with my vig 3600.

Came back the next week with my raceweight back down. a little better weather but not phenominal, and ran a 11.2x et
Paul IMO the 5.3 heads r making more power than your older S2's.

I'm not going to try that since I'm staying solid roller. We are fixin' to get much more aggressive with the solid cam though.
Later....
Cant wait to see the results.
U guys were one of the first to try a solid and I've alsways liked the idea of a solid.
Good luck.

Test them your selves. Look at a cross section of our cars using these verters. There is a reason the Yanks are on top.
They are BETTER.
I am still looking for that 1.3 60' from a 3600 (4400) Vigilante. Anyone?

However you'll never convince me that there is a better verter for my car than what I have now. Drives tighter than a virgin on prom night and can deliver plenty of performance.
